Our website has changed so that once you have created an account with us and placed an order you will be able to see the progress of your order in real time. All you'll need to do is log into your account and track your order. Your order will show in one of several status. If your order is processing, your order should be shipped rapidly. In the event your order shows "waiting for inventory" we are in the process of receiving your merchandise, which may be shipped from another location or on its way to us. In any case, your order should ship within the next 3 days, unless you receive an email from us. Once the order is ready to ship, the status changes to "complete" then "shipped" as soon as we assign it a tracking number. The tracking number will be sent to you via email but you can also view it when you log onto your account. We routinely ship on United Parcel Service (UPS). We ship via USPS when the shipping address is a Post Office Box. WE APOLOGIZE TO OUR SERVICEMEN AND WOMEN BUT DUE TO THE USPS' MISHANDLING OF MILITARY SHIPMENTS, WE NO LONGER SHIP TO FPO OR APO ADDRESSES. Payment Options in checkout: Credit cards: We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover Card. Note that for our own security we ONLY ship to the billing address of the card. Any other address will have to be verified with the issuing bank so the processing of your order will be delayed. We do ship to Post Office boxes, so if that is the billing address, we will ship there. Money Orders: If you wish to send a money order to pay for an item purchased from our website, please reference your order in your correspondence. Please do not write anything on the money order itself, as that gets deposited!
