All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) - Please email info@ikesound.com to request one. New Items offer a one year warranty with ikesound.com / Scala1.
Ikesound.com / Scala1 offers a 14 day *money back * guarantee. Any item returned within 14 days of receipt may be returned for a refund or exchange less shipping and handling (s&h.) Items that have been shipped with shipping charges will be credited less that s&h charge. Items that were shipped Free Shipping, will be credited less the actual shipping charges incurred by us when originally shipped.
Defective items returned after 14 days can be returned for exchange or store credit only. All returns will incur a non refundable fee of $ 39.00. The $39.00 return fee is a non-refundable service fee and will not be part of any credit issued.
Non defective items can be returned after 14 days for a store credit only and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs; Ikesound.com / Scala1 will pay for the shipment of the replacement item back to the buyer. Ikesound.com /Scala1 will not pay or refund any shipment costs unless we have made a mistake in the shipment, i.e. we sent you the wrong item, or we shipped to an incorrect address due to our mistake.
Return policy for refurbished items:
The above policies will apply for a period of 90 days.
Claims:
In the event of a theft or damage during shipping, you are advised to hold any evidence on your property until a claim has been placed with the freight company. If the evidence of a theft has been tampered with, all claims will be cancelled and Ikesound.com / Scala1 will not be responsible for the replacement of the item. As per UPS rules, all claims with UPS may require at least 8 business days before they are resolved. |
